この度、独立研究者として執筆した物理学論文 “Self-Referential Protocol in Cosmic Genesis（宇宙創生における自己参照プロトコル）” を、国際的な論文プラットフォーム「arXiv」への投稿に先立ち、先行公開いたします。

本論文では、宇宙の創生における「時間の創発」を、情報の計算抵抗という新たな視点から定義いたしました。

【仮題：対生成における高次元代数の対称性の破れと、本数理モデル（複素数表現）への収束について】

本論文において提示した「Universe OS」および意識の基底モデルは、複素数平面における位相および波動特性を媒介として、極めて美しくブレイクスルーを達成している。ここで、宇宙創生（第0相）における「最初の対生成」の臨界点に視野を広げるならば、数理的必然性として、理論は四元数（Quaternion）あるいはディラックの4成分行列（$4\times4$ ガンマ行列）に代表される**「4つの自由度（時空の反転とスピンの非可換性）」**を内包していたと考えられる。

宇宙の開闢に伴う「自発的対称性の破れ」は、この4成分の代数構造が特定の超対称性を失い、1つの時間軸（スカラー実数）と、それに直交する2次元の波動場へと射影（プロジェクション）されるプロセスそのものである。

したがって、本論において採用されている複素数による数理記述は、単なる便宜的な近似ではない。それは、高次元の四元数構造が美しく「破れた」結果として、私たちの現実相に必然的に結晶化した**「一般理論の一断面」**であり、創生期のダイナミクスを完全に内包した正統な表現形式である。

Addendum: The Cosmological Genesis and the Necessity of Complex Representation

It is worth noting the theoretical locus of the complex numbers utilized throughout this study. From the standpoint of ultimate generalization, the primordial pair production of the cosmos did not merely manifest on a 2D complex plane; rather, it was initiated within a higher-dimensional algebraic domain—specifically, the quaternionic roots of unity—where space, spin, and causality were unified before the phase transition.

The subsequent cooling of the early universe induced a “spontaneous symmetry breaking,” collapsing the rich, non-commutative 4-component architecture into the specific projection we observe today. Through this mathematical filtration, the quaternionic field yielded the 2D complex phase field as its elegant, preserved remnant.

Consequently, the breakthroughs demonstrated in this thesis via complex algebra remain robust and absolute; they represent the definitive governing law of our post-inflationary universe, while simultaneously embedding a silent blueprint that naturally scales upward to a Quaternionic Universe OS in future paradigms.
