流出しているのは歴史遺産かガラクタか（笑）最近は見かけませんが昔は京都の街角の粗大ごみ置き場はお宝の山でした。今も露店や骨董品店などから世界へと流出していますが、これら価値あるものを世界へと巡らせてゆくことも文化都市の一つの使命であるとも言えます。
Is what’s being leaked out historical artifacts or junk? While it’s not seen much these days, the bulky waste dumps on the streets of Kyoto used to be treasure troves. Even now, these valuable items are being shipped out to the world from street vendors and antique shops, and it could be said that circulating these valuable items globally is one of the missions of a cultural city.
