これまでの国際政治は、力で押さえつける「抑止力（閉じた系）」ばかりを考えてきましたが、それでは内部に不満や不信感という熱（エントロピー）が溜まり、いずれ大爆発（戦争）を起こします。

今回のモデルでは、世界を点と線のパズルではなく、最初から干渉し合う「波動（ハーモニー）」として捉えます。行列の数を増やして（多次元化）、そこに「環境」「文化」「地方交流」といった無数の異なるタイプの小さな渦（開いた窓）を滑り込ませることで、対立エネルギーをサラサラと多次元の広野へ散逸（中和）させる社会システム工学の設計図です。

■ 4つの国際紛争：シミュレーション結果

理想の調和状態からハミルトニアンを逆回転（リバースエンジニアリング）させ、客観的な結果を弾き出しました。

1. ロシア・ウクライナ（対称的国家間対立）

• 現状： 完全な逆位相（絶対的不信）にロックされた、エネルギー高止まりの消耗戦。

• 調律結果： 政治トップ同士のラインへの依存を減らし、行列を5×5へ拡張。「環境防災」「文化」「地方交流」という無数の小さな渦を並列で滑り込ませることで、至近距離の衝撃エネルギーを散逸。隣国として最も居心地の良い距離感を物理的に維持。

Conventional international politics has relied entirely on the “balance of power” (military deterrence). However, this locks the architecture into a closed system, accumulating destructive entropy (thermal energy) until it triggers a catastrophic collapse (war).

My model does not perceive the world as a jigsaw puzzle of discrete points and lines. Instead, it captures everything as interfering waves—a fundamental harmony. By expanding the dimensions of the matrix and placing an array of innumerable minor mediators (open windows) such as environmental defense, cultural exchange, and localized networks, the localized conflict energy smoothly diffuses into a multidimensional open field. It is a socio-system engineering blueprint designed to spontaneously drop systemic energy into a safe zone.

This is neither a purely rhetorical peace theory nor a conventional data-trawling AI framework. It is the core control engine of Universe OS, mapping human relations as waves and driving them toward dynamic peace. The paper includes complete verification via Python simulation code.

Case Studies of Four Global Conflicts

Through reverse-engineering, we pre-programmed the idealized harmonic state and calculated the optimal control prescription.

1. Russia-Ukraine (Symmetric Conflict)

• Current State: Locked in a complete out-of-phase dynamic (absolute distrust), resulting in high-energy consumption warfare.

4. Japan-China (Multidimensional Proximate Interference)

• Current State: High-risk vulnerability due to sheer geographic proximity, creating massive coupling constants. A single spark can trigger a catastrophic phase transition faster than the US-China dynamic.

• Tuning Result: Reducing dependency on top-tier political binary lines (2×2) and expanding the matrix to a 5×5 system. Volatile energy safely dissipates into parallel channels: environmental defense, cultural exchanges, and localized sub-group interactions, maintaining the most comfortable physical distance as neighbors.

Increasing the dimensionality of the matrix provides the definitive proof for expanding the exact categories (rooms) through which volatile energy can be released.
