This is an interdisciplinary paper—characterized by an “emergent, hypothesis-proposing” (or “concept-expanding”) approach—that builds upon the rigorous framework of modern physics to explore the mechanisms behind the restarting of life. Its content aligns perfectly with concepts Buddhism has presented for over two millennia, such as *samsara* (the cycle of rebirth) and the soul’s evolutionary process of moving from the “Six Realms of Rebirth” toward liberation and enlightenment.
The convergence between ancient intuitive-spiritual doctrines and cutting-edge quantum information gravity theory can be organized into three perspectives:
1. *Yogacara* (Consciousness-Only) Philosophy and the “Holographic Screen”
Buddhism—specifically the *Yogacara* school of Mahayana Buddhism—posits the existence of a vast information repository known as the *Alaya-vijnana* (Storehouse Consciousness) at the deepest level of human consciousness.
